HOME STAGING

Home staging is when a home is redesigned specifically for a sale.  At Artichoke Interiors, we don't just neutralize a home, we develop a plan to reach your target market and outshine the competition!  We have a proven process that helps home owners and realtors sell homes quickly and at the highest price.

What to Expect when Home Staging with Artichoke

Step 1.  Contact Artichoke Interiors to assess your home and formulate a strategic plan for maximum impact.

Step 2.  If you are a do-it yourselfer, our home staging expert will leave you with a plan that outlines your project needs.  However, if you require assistance, our PROFESSIONAL TEAM can help you execute the plan.

Staging and Redesign

Many of our clients want us to redesign their homes using their current belongings.  We approach redesign similar to staging to sell, but focus on the home owner's personal style.  In these homes, we rearrange furniture, edit out items, and update the environment with key pieces for a high impact design.  We also refer quality contractors for all types of renovations, big and small.

Splurge on Staging

"Presentation is everything." And these days, that means hiring a professional home stager, someone who arranges your furnishings in a way that entices buyers to bite. The payoff can be substantial. On average, staged homes sell 88% faster and for 20% more than nonstaged ones. Staging is particularly important if you've moved out, because bare rooms can look empty and sad.

If you can't afford to stage the entire house, at least make sure the living room and kitchen are professionally furnished, because they're the most important rooms to the home buyers, according to the National Association of RealtorsR' 2015 Profile of Home Staging survey.
